In order for law firms to be well positioned to make effective use of AI, there is some preparatory work to do.
This presentation will focus less on technology, and more on the other foundation components of your business:
• People:
How to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and trust among your legal professionals and clients, and how to ensure ethical and responsible use of generative AI.
• Process:
How to identify and prioritise the most valuable and feasible use 0=of generative AI in your legal workflows, and how to integrate and evaluate generative AI tools within your existing systems and platforms.
• Data:
How to source, prepare and manage the data that powers generative AI models, and how to ensure data quality, security and privacy.

The key to successfully embedding the use of AI in legal service delivery is a robust 'change management' approach. The session will provide tips on how to build a desire for change in your practice, alongside overcoming the very human feeling of resistance that surfaces when there is a change in long-held processes.
