The master class will run simultaneously on Zoom.
You will be asked to choose between in person or Zoom during the booking process.
Daylight saving will affect the Zoom start time in some states. The master class will start at 9.00am Sydney time.

The master class will cover:
1. Inference and implication in the identification of contractual terms: disagreement in the High Court.
2. Loss of contractual rights by conduct: the taxonomy of waiver, election and estoppel.
3. Contract damages and the interplay between causation and mitigation.
4. The relationship between common law and express powers to terminate a contract: practical considerations.
5. Drafting settlement deeds and releases: the governing legal principles.
6. Proportionate liability and the contractual allocation of risk.
