Nick Klein, Managing Director, Klein & Co Computer Forensics
Nick has over 20 years of IT experience, specialising in forensic technology investigations and presenting expert evidence in legal and other proceedings. He was previously a senior director in Deloitte Forensic and a team leader in the High Tech Crime Team of the Australian Federal Police, where he worked on international police investigations and intelligence operations. Nick is also a certified instructor for the SANS Institute, teaching classes around the world in advanced digital forensics and cyber incident response.

Katherine Sainty, Director, Sainty Law
Katherine is a corporate and commercial lawyer who specialises in digital, technology and media law. She is a Director and Treasurer of the International Association of Privacy Professionals ANZ and a member of the Privacy and Data Committee of the Law Society of NSW. One of Katherine’s key strengths and areas of focus, in the highly regulated and fast changing technology and media industries, is her knowledge and ability to interpret legislation and its interaction with other laws and policies. She has been recognised in Chambers Global, The World’s Leading Lawyers, as pre-eminent in her field. Katherine frequently presents to audiences and provides expert commentary on current commercial and regulatory issues, most recently on digital industries, privacy and data protection and cyber resilience issues.
